Learn how to refine your concept and position it in the marketplace, create your menu, set up for business - from creating an entity to opening a bank account, effectively approach site selection and design your dream team.
Phase 2: Prepare for Voyage
Learn how to draft a proforma, ensure favorable lease terms, design and build out an efficient and elegant space, and develop a marketing plan and recruitment strategy.
Phase 3: Set Sail
Now that you have your real estate and menu solidified, you can learn how to refine your business model to better understand COGS, labor and margin, create operational and training procedures, introduce your brand to the marketplace and develop a succinct countdown to opening plan.

Upon designing the Accelerator program, we quickly discovered there was a gap in services available to those who are in the dreaming phase of starting a restaurant brand.

Knowing 60% of new restaurants fail within their first year, we wanted to share what we’ve learned about conceptualizing and opening restaurants to shorten the learning curve and to help Founders avoid common pitfalls. We created the Full Course Foundation to help make these resources accessible and affordable. Our turn-key solution is a 15-week comprehensive training program called LAUNCH.
